pollenlabs and Pollinate together form a powerful, unique innovation platform. We leverage our talent practitioner community to crowdsource ideas, validate them, and spin them out into independent startups led by one or more community members.

The benefits are two-fold. Firstly, it minimises waste and eliminates flawed business ideas that would have cost millions of pounds or years to get off the ground if they were not killed quickly. Secondly, you could say we're able to scale startups faster since playbooks built for one company can be applied to another.
